“This was the first insurance company i have used, they are useless, spinless money grabbing thugs! They put you on hold for ages! They asked me to sing these puposal form so i did and sent them of a few days later i had a letter saying my insurance was candles even though i had to sing them papers for them not to. Don't go with these! Worse company !”

“**SCAM ALERT****SCAM ALERT** **SCAM ALERT****SCAM ALERT** Just a warning I got scammed by these bunch. After talking to people at the Fraud department at the Natwest its not the 1st time people have been conned its quite regular.. Take out a monthly insurance and they take the year out of your account in 1 go... Also fill in details online agree for them to call you about the policy don't call you and rip money out of your account. Just a warning I hate companies that scam people hate it. Spent 2 hours calling them no answer to adviser. They are on some of the main brokers as well Go Compare & Money Supermarket....BEWARE.....rcib Insurance... “shocking company would never use again after paying £235 to change my policy onto a new car with 2 months left on my policy!! then 9 days before my policy end date say they want a further £335 due to excess mileage which is a load off crap and the cancelled my insurance with 4 days left and now wont send me my 1yrs ncb an absolute joke stay well away.”

“First, they increased my premium by £200 over the price they quoted on the price comparison website. This was for a frivolous reason about my alarm having been described as 'standard' on the website and now it being different. Then they charged me £156 which includes £60 cancellation fee, £25 credit agreement cancellation fee and £76 for the 11 days I was insured with them. This despite the fact I chose to cancel my policy within the 14 day cooling off period. They require a detailed written email request to cancel and it will take them 10 days to refund the money. Save yourself the hassle”

“I had the worst experience with RCIB. It's a cinokete rip off. The price of RCIB will come as the cheapest but avoid going any further with them as there will be other extra charges with them for sure on the later phase. Bad customer service. The waiting time on the phone is too long aswell. Big "NO" to RCIB.”

“We found this shower via several comparison sites, regardless of site they were the cheapest quote and the price quoted was consistent across the board. We decided to go with them and selected the policy via Go compare, we wanted to pay the premium on a monthly basis. When we paid the deposit/ first payment a box appeared on the screen saying the payment couldn't go through and to ring them, which we did. While on the phone we checked our bank account and saw that the money had gone out, when we got through the young lady started going through all the details again as if doing a new quote. She then told us that the price would be more than quoted and tried to give us some spiel. I questioned this practice and got put on to someone called Gary (a supervisor;) he refused to honour the price and his 'like it or lump it' attitude was appalling. We now find ourselves trying to get our deposit back which we believe was taken fraudulently, we have lodged complaints with trading standards and the insurance ombudsman. They also have our bank details for the direct debit and wouldn't be at all surprised if they tried to take payment. Cannot begin to imagine what the service would be like if you needed to claim! We went with Bikesure for the policy and that was an altogether more pleasant experience.”

“Charged admin fees and additional premiums due to multiple mistakes on their side, including them typing my name incorrectly on the certificate of insurance! Excessive waiting times on the phone (always at least 30 minutes) and extra wait times when they do finally pick up as they have to keep passing you onto other departments or ask their manager what to say as they have no idea what they are doing.”

“Please please please, I beg of anyone, do not ever sign up Right Choice Insurance Brokers Ltd with this company. They are a bunch of crooks and also plain arrogant, ignorant and extremely rude. It takes you ages to get in touch with anyone, only to then be transferred and put on hold for ages again, then I got cut off. I'm currently complaining to the Ombudsman about them. I only went with them because I was desperate to insure a car quickly, and they were the cheapest. Trust me cheapest is not always best. They were rude from the start, and that's from the sales guy, who seemed to have hearing problems as I was constantly having to repeat myself. Unfortunately I had to the cancel the policy after a few days as the sale of the vehicle fell through, so I was out of pocket having to pay this bunch of crooks admin fees to the tune of £79 for a few days of cover. They weren't open at the weekend so I rang immediately Tuesday after the bank holiday to cancel, only to be told to put it in email and they would cancel it. They never replied to emails or even the complaint I have put in. I requested cancel 31st, and finally a week later they respond they have cancelled it 6/6/16. Sorry replying to several emails a week later is NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Yes I accept there are some "reasonable admin fees involved", but not this bunch of thieves. I have dealt with many insurers over the years, many far cheaper than these crooks who are masquerading as insurance brokers. I have never ever come across such a bunch of ignorant, arrogant, rude or incompetent people in my life. I have insurance with another company for my van, and they are great, can't help you enough, but unfortunately they weren't the cheapest for a car. Please please look around at all the bad reviews for this company, I wish I'd have read them. Please do yourself a favour and AVOID Right Choice Insurance Brokers Ltd LIKE THE PLAGUE! The worst experience of dealing with insurance company EVER!”

“Used a comparison website and couldn't believe the price they were offering for my bike insurance. I went through the online registration and the price still seemed to good to be true, so thought it best to contact them directly via phone... After 23 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone, I though, "Great; they're either so good, loads of people are trying to get with them, or so bad, loads of people are complaining!?" Anyway, after another 40 odd minutes of holding based on my questions and lack of ability to have entered certain modifications on their website, the guy came back stating that they couldn't insure me with the mods I had (too many) ALL cosmetic I might add (Crash bungs, Screen, hugger, tail tidy etc) other than the braided lines and uprated brembo pads. He then said they did have another under writer who would insure me with the mods, but the price was literally double!?!?!? Also the guy I spoke to OBVIOUSLY had no idea about motorcycles, based on the amount of time and effort it took to tell him what braided lines were, and what brembo pads were and why I would want them over the stock option. All in all, it was over an hour of my life I will never get back...If something looks to good to be true, it generally is!”

“i made the initial deposit payment and it went through. i then had a phone call and was told this was incorrect and had to pay another £100+ ... i then had insurance for 1 week and bought another car (54 plate) and they requested i pay double not before telling me they could not discuss my account before sending the required documents which i quickly sent to discuss account and then they told me i could not cancel or change my insurance as i have entered into an agreement (by returning documents).. so i had my insurance with them for just over 1 week and paid over £500 and they still wanted more. ended up cancelling my direct debit with bank and went with another (honest) insurer.”
