After ringing up to change address my policy almost doubled when no one else in my family's policy had. Getting through meant going through 9 or 10 people and was very slow not recommended

Call centre are horrendous. Dont even think about ringing them if you have less than an hour to be on hold.

Great for first initial insurance. Will definately shop around when its next due as the service wasn't the best. Had to sign another credit agreement halfwayish through due to the company losing my details. Overall service from specific advisors was great when you eventually get through to speak to them.

Very professional and easy to talk to I am 50/50 as to renew my policy when it expires as I had to pay £100 more because I had moved house even though it was only a mile the increase was a big jump other than that I would recommend them to other people

Do not use, I made a mistake on the online form with moneysupermarket and even though I went through all the details again it wasn't spotted by them they are the experts! I had to cancel the policy because the new price was treble and I only get back £231 when it was costing me £366 and I was insured for 5 days!

Appalling! I went through a comparison site, NEVER AGAIN!! Right Choice were about £50 cheaper, but when they had sold me the policy, they then sent me 9 further documents to complete, just because I am a controlled diabetic! When I applied, they asked me more questions than any medical insurance, totally irrelevant, and discriminatory. They also got several details wrong, even though I had been through them all with the broker on the initial phone call. I tried emailing, no reply, then I sent the email again, they told me to phone them! I tried phoning three times, each time I was waiting for over three quarters of an hour. When I eventually got through, there were no pleasantries, just 'Name?' date of birth? post code?. I asked to cancel, and was then told they would refund my full premium paid, minus £45, even though the policy wasn't due to start for 10 days. Rip off! Imagine having an accident, and having to wait 45 minutes to speak with someone! I have had a similar problem with another comparison site broker, so never again. The reason they are cheap is that they don't employ enough staff to man the phones, no matter what day or time you call. The last time I went with a similar broker, they had to refund my phone bill of over £15, for time waiting for them to answer, after they link you into their queue. This time, I guess I'll have to forgo the £45, and learn my lesson. Even the supervisor was lacking in any customer service skills, she just spoke over me. APPALLING, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!!!!

went through moneysupermarket first. The initial quote went up £30 when using their web site even though it was with the same details on each site and only minutes between. RCBI took £620 for my premium. then phoned back explaining that i'd had an accident (not my fault) and because i'd had a previous accident 4 years earlier and a personal injury claim had been payed to me, this put me into a category of 'likely fraud' apparently. I was shocked and insulted. to cancel after 2 days into the 14 day cooling off period would cost £125; £45 'admin fee' plus 10% of total policy cost which had now grown to £850!! Defo not the 'Right Choice'. Do your own research and read the very, very small 'small print'

I got a quote on line from Quotezone (Quidco) of £229.82 with cashback of £28. That is a very good price. I wanted to ask about foreign use, they took a long while to answer, so I found this site while I was waiting. Anyway the man finally answered and said "We quoted you £264" I said "No" and he rang off! So I'm giving them the heave ho!

Filled all the questions on line paid the deposit on line only to be told someone would ring me to make sure everything was ok Someone rang me then did all the questions again to be told I had put down my car was down a being kept in a locked garage which it is...only to be told the underwriters could not see a garage at my address and would not cover me well there's a 18ftx16ft garage on my property So this lie meant I could not go to work that day and to top it all the deposit I could not get back for 10 working days thanks a bunch right choice you were the wrong choice
