One star is too much for these idiots. 9 hours I spent on the phone over 2 days after being stopped, fined and had my car towed away for no insurance. These idiots hadn't changed my policy over to the new car despite having the phone call on record.

Saved £234 on my bike insurance!!!! Don't settle for renewal quote without checking MCN first... I saved enough money to fill my bike 15 times or enough to do 2,320 miles

Total rip off service - avoid at all costs - quote given via Money Supermarket totally inaccurate - they keep adding to it - you have to send about 5 different documents, that I never had with any other insurance firm - do yourself a favour avoid at all costs

Wrong choice - I tried to cancel the policy I took out before it even began, was constantly queuing and then cut off on the phone. I got through the next morning 8hours after the policy went live and cancelled - they still took over £900 from my account and still have it a week later. Constant different quotes, misinformation and couldn't care less attitude - need taking to the ombudsman.

They cancelled my insurance with a simple text message no other communication. I tried to call them and i got put on hold for 20 mins then cut of twice! Terrible! I hadn't missed a payment or anything just the usual. Don't use this company it's the worst thing you'll ever do.

I would advise anybody who needs insurance to not take out insurance with right choice insurance brokers. They were in no way helpful to me .. Every time I called them I was put on hold for at least 45 minutes before my call was ever taken. And when I finally got through to them to do a change of address, I was told there was a £135 admin charge to do so which in my mind is ridiculous! I was told if I didn't pay up within 7 days my insurance would be cancelled. They didn't offer any help, or even advise that this could be paid in instalments. I think the company as a whole isn't here to help, they're here to take our money and that's it. So please DO NOT take insurance cover with this dreadful company.

'First Choice' should rename themselves 'Last Resort'. Customer service is diabolical. The staff are obviously completely disinterested and border on rudeness. They gave us an initial quote on the telephone, that we were told was the final amount payable, then in every communication thereafter additional charges were added. Do not use this company they should not be allowed to continue trading!!!

Shocking customer service Your Calls will be put on hold for at least 30 mins between their 'departments' Zero professionalism Staff and advisors have little to no idea of insurance Unnecessary admin charges on refunds which when pressured they will drop anyway It has taken over a month to get my money back from a policy I cancelled on day 2

Site is quick and easy, BUT, it still assumes you garage your bike at home address. I know that many bikers are unable to do this and site does accommodate this.

Only giving them one star so can actually leave a review.. else would of had 0 stars. First of all found them on compare the market as the cheapest insurance so paid the 250 ish deposit there and then and as far as I know I was insured from then on.. however I was wrong .. luckily for me the car wasn't taxed yet so I didn't drive car else would of been driving with no insurance. I received a call two days later of one of their team as they wanted to go over details and START my policy. Hmm seems strange taking deposit and not the insurance but that wasn't to bad . They then decided that I had told them wrong information which I never (partner owns car not me which I told them when when got my quote) but due to this it meant my insurance quote was wrong and will cost me a extra 300 quid.. (I should of cancelled then however due to just having baby and panicking about losing deposit and not being able to set new insurance up I agreed... my biggest mistake) Next issue was with documents with having a new born I was abit late handing them in however I emailed them all over asking if they was all okay and if not to email back so can sort out. I never received a email so I just took it that everything was okay. (My next mistake thinking they actually have brains and can read and understand the basic information of email me back..) ten days after my email to them I received a email of them at 7.58pm saying my insurance is cancelled that day.. if I don't ring them however their phone lines shut at 8pm... how on earth could I ring and get through in a 2 minute window to find out the problem and resolve when on average it takes 30 mins to get through to someone. Rang them the next day spoke to a nice bloke that admitted it was their fault but was nothing he could do and I would have to pay £70 cancellation fee... really beginning to be a joke paying for their mistake and they even said for £200 deposit I can have new insurance with them... hahaha no thanks. My partner then rang them to speak to them and they said they emailed me a magical email that never came through so we asked for prove (screens hot of this email that the bloke earlier said they never sent but all of a sudden they did send) they said they couldn't do that . However 3 days later they said they can but it will cost me £10 . During all this we asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused to speak to us. And to top it of I received a letter through the post dated the 12th saying insurance will be cancelled from the 12th.. I received this on 14th so all in all of I never received email I could of yet again drove the car for 2 days uninsured Moral of the story do not get insurance without reading reviews no matter how cheap they are. And if someone reads this do not make the same mistake me and alot of other people have done.. avoid them like the plague they are only after quick money and their customer advisers apart from one was rude and not helpful at all. I now have no insurance and been charge for their lack of brains. And I could of lost my lisence if I didn't read email.

I wouldn't even give them one star. Absolutely disgusting Company I'm shocked it is still allowed to trade even after 100s of bad reviews on so many review websites. I regret the day I used moneysupermarket.com. I was quoted £650... surprise surprise they rang me next day and increased the price, because they couldn't verify my address. I was told I didn't live at my address mentioned on application... also because there was so many people living there that's why I was not coming up on their system, what rubbish... this scam company is only after your money and will do anything to increase prices. I cancelled less than 8 hours, I felt I was bullied into going with them. I was told there would be £85 charge for cancellation. I was shocked all insurance companies give you a 14 days period. I wasn't sent an email or paperwork during the 8 hours... so how can they charge a ridiculous price for cancelling. I do wish scam companies should be reported and shutdown. Please please avoid at all costs... I so regret not reading reviews on right choice... Right choice more like wrong choice... very upsetting.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered ! I spent hours upon hours holding the line waiting to get through to the correct department every single time I needed to contact the company, only to get through to someone else who couldn't do anything resulting in a further department transfer and more of my time being wasted. The insurance price changed after I had entered my initial details online adding an additional £300 onto my quote and upon asking for a renewal quote they once again said it was the cheapest they could do, but after looking elsewhere I saved over £310. Unless you wish to waist hours of your time waiting to get through to what I would consider a band of unprofessional brokers that have no more interest in you than to con you out of as much money as they can I would very highly recommend you go somewhere else.
