I received a very poor service from Right Choice Insurance. I was on the phone to the company 2-3 times a day after receiving text messages and emails to ring them for unknown reasons, but after ringing it would usually be additional charges or there has been a miscommunication. Once the documents had been accepted and eventually insured, the company didn't send me my policy document, I had to contact them weeks later as they had obviously forgot, which should be their responsibility to do. My first impressions of this company were very poor and when my policy is up I will be changing insurance company's.

Total waste of money, cancelled my policy 2 months before the end of agreement due to my temporary financial problem I was late with the payment for nearly two weeks and that was enough to cancel even if I pay deposit, they didn't bother to wait till Friday so I could pay rather then cancel my premium at Thursday. Well done Stay away, do yourself a faver

MCN Compare is an excellent service, it even texted me with details of my best quote within seconds of completing the online details. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it still doesn't make it easy to obtain a single quote for multiple motorcycles. Apart from that, it makes it easy to compare what the insurance companies are including in their price and saves me money every year.

Terrible customer service!! Failed to call me back a number of times! Was on hold for 1 hr when I was told would be a couple of mins whilst they spoke to someone else. Money grabbing - do not use!

So far their services wasn't bad. But I'll shop around to get a cheaper offer when my policy is due for renewal.

Obviously this is our first time with right choice insurance and was happy with how it went thru for the car insurance.hopfully when it comes for renewal we will get a better quote beating all other insurers..but we will look around to see if we can find one cheaper hopfully not

Easy to get insurance had no problems with documents sent over email.....and was cheapest quote I got...compared to using compare sites

DO NOT USE THIS INSURER. Horrific customer service and Multitude of extra costs including stacked administration fees - even if they say £90 admin fee, this can happen several times. i changed my car (to a more economical vehicle, with less tax) and moved house at the same time. this incurred a £180 admin fee (2x £90) as well as a £200 add-on fee for the change of vehicle. I moved from a busy central london road parking place to a rural village in nottinghamshire (with a locked garage). my occupation changed so instead of using the car for commuting 9000 miles a year i could use it for leisure.... how does this justify an EXTRA £200 added onto my insurance? looking back, i think it would have just been easier to cancel the policy there and then... but they would have probably incurred a severance fee. I should have never started the policy in the first place. Partially my fault, but someone FORGOT to post my documents to sign and return resulting in a very embarrassing encounter with a traffic officer 2 weeks later. there was no phonecall or email to check that i had received the documents, let alone a reminder. if it wasnt for the fact i was pulled over (as my details flashed up that there was no insurance) i would have continued none the wiser. When a call was made to RCIB by the traffic officer there was no hint of remorse from the customer services, even though it was on their records that although a policy was started and payment was made, no attempt to contact me was made. Contacting them on the phone will usually result in a 20min wait (minimum) before being served... I have waited out of spite for 50 mins once....

Terrible insurers would not move my pay date in front by 2 days so that it fell on my monthly pay day unless I paid another month in advance so because of this I incurred a £20 charge every month as payment was 2 days late! Then the customer service team are rood I explaned to one that my payment would be late due to changing jobs she gave me 24 hours to pay hence this being 12 pm saturday and no money until the monday I thought my policy was cancelled so had to take out a new one to then be informed on the monday can you make payment today or it will have to be cancelled! Threat tactics! . Terrible Service if you ask me.

The service provided was good. Unfortunately my car caught fire and I had to claim but the insurer was helpful and paid out a fair sum promptly. I have had difficulty in ascertaining whether I have lost all of my no claims bonus or, if not, how much.
