Terrible insurers would not move my pay date in front by 2 days so that it fell on my monthly pay day unless I paid another month in advance so because of this I incurred a £20 charge every month as payment was 2 days late! Then the customer service team are rood I explaned to one that my payment would be late due to changing jobs she gave me 24 hours to pay hence this being 12 pm saturday and no money until the monday I thought my policy was cancelled so had to take out a new one to then be informed on the monday can you make payment today or it will have to be cancelled! Threat tactics! . Terrible Service if you ask me.
