“very poor communication, very unclear on their policy & felt discriminated towards for being HM Forces (trying to make me pay for 2 desperate address's increasing the cost by almost £3,500) very disappointed & after they changed the price i then had to pay to cancel!! NOT RECOMMENDED.”

“Very poor customer service just horrible, will definately be going with a better known company next year. Supposed to be 10 month car insurance after the 10 month i emailed to see if it was my last payment had a email back saying yes then still took a payment out the following month, rang serveral times said they would get back to me never did then had phone put down on me then just wouldnt answer. Appauling!”

“The only problem I had with right choice was that when I asked them to send me a paper copy of my policy they they never did , just sent it by e-mail and I had to get a friend to print it off as I did not have a printer and I told them that twice.”

“I have used MCN compare before and each time it has saved me money and at the same time gave me the policy I wanted. You should not commit to a policy until you've tried MCN compare.”

“I am a new biker and used the site to identify bike insurers. The online quotes differed a bit from the actual if you called the company which makes me think that it would fairly easy to make an error if buying online”

“MCN Compare is easy to use just like car comparison sites except it is tailored for bikes. I got an excellent quote and was insured and on the road the next day. Brilliant !”

“My renewal came through over £600 by using MCN Compare I got better cover for just over £200 you do the math. I have used MCN Compare for the last 6 +years and it works for me, it's quite easy to use too.”

“I've used the MCN site before and always found it quick and simple to use. The quotes have been competitive and there's a good range of insurers. I particularly like the ease of switching between TPTF and comprehensive quotes without having to input all my details again. I would recommend it.”
