“Ami was extremely helpful. When I asked for more information, Ami transferred me to her manager who gave clear instructions on how I could benefit from the services offered. I was impressed by Ami's calm and helpful manner throughout the call. Ami secured my account by her own personal ability to inform, provide correct information and show an interest in my own personal requirements.”

“Once RCIB took my payment, there was an immediate lapse in communication. I had to make several calls to chase things up. Finally after a whole day of chasing these incompetents, a manager explained I would be given a temp cover whilst my main policy document was being drafted. Very strange behaviour. All fault is to be directed at James who should have told me this at the start as he was aware I was purchasing the policy for the next day. Besides that he seemed aryt.”

“A very bad company with bad customer service.Everything about this company is bad, customer service is zero,communication skills is zero, the staffs are very rude. I have been trying to cancel a policy no success. The kept on transferring me from one person to the other, then i ended up speaking to a lady and immediately i told her i want to cancel the policy which i didn't approve the payment,the lady ended the call and then i had to start the whole calling process again. I was on the phone for another 1 hour, yet nobody picked the call...Please do not use this company for your insurance, The lack everything lack able and they are a big pain in the ass.I will logging a compliant against them. Avoid this company or you face unnecessary drama”
