“worst company I have ever insured with they are all trained to scam you they will make any excuse to put charges on your policy.in one month of bieng insured with them they charged me 700.00 stupid fraudsters should ROT IN HELL! please do not insure with them you will regret it I assure you.”

“If you are with CBT do not use this insurance. They show cheap quotes then after few days they will send another mail and end up paying you more. When you phone the price keep on increasing. I also changed the bike at the middle, one staff told me that I need to pay more, I was happy. But after few days same insurance was increased. So if you are beginner and have CBT I would suggest not to use this insurance company. I regret a lot. I end up paying nearly £278 for only third party insurance without any other facility. So don't get fool when you get cheap insurance quotes. I am 32 years and I have 3 years no claim bonus in my car licence. Never ever MCN again.”

“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! AVOID THEM! They took their initial payment of £137 and the next day they deducted £48 from my account. I contacted them and they claimed that policy has changed, I agreed. Next email from them read that my monthly subscription will increase from £65 to £89. couple of days later, they attempted taking £109, MY BANK ALERTED ME AND I CONTACTED THEM. They claimed their policy has changed again, stating that i have to start paying £129. All these happened within a week. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I decided to cancel my insurance with them after this and they want to charge me £125 for cancellation of policy. This company is a FRAUD”

“Close this company down ,This company is taking money out my bank every mouth and I don't Evan own a CAR !! there telling my bank I do ,how you have my bank details is beyound me, I've called your company and the bank many times you say I'm not on your system but yet you keep taking my money I won't a refund and my bank details taken off your system .”

“Avoid avoid avoid. Buy policy online as they come the cheapest ones on the go compare market..After I pay 226 £ deposit they send me certificates of insurance and next day I got all policy documentBy email.... 3 days after I bought the policy I got a new email from ricb and they let me know they set up a direct debit for me already .. I check my online banking and they were right.. the direct debit was set up.. all good till now and I was over the moon .. but...nightmare was just about to start... 6 days after got text msg to get in touch with them for a policy validation.... I call ricb and surprise .. all details was correct but they just told me I have to agree with a new cotation wich comes with 400£ more on top ... I said no thanks as I’m happy with the first one .. they said straight to me if I don’t agree they will cancel my policy .. the reason was ... more mileage with different insurance company on the past year .. 2 hours later after I spoke with them I got a cancellation text msg as is been cancel.. call them next day and they said a fee of 132 pounds will be deducted from my deposit as a cancellation fee .. so .. they took my deposit, they send me all signed policy documents , set up direct debit and after all this it was their choice to cancel policy not mine.. get in touch again with them i told them is not in their terms and conditions a fee of charge if they cancel my policy within 14 days only if I will cancel is a fee of 60£.. they said they got right to charge 10% of my annual premium plus cancellation fee, wich olso is not in their terms and conditions..I complain already and I’m waiting for their final answer or letter as I’ve been told by FSA the first complaint must be made to FOS ... I’ve made it toward FOS and wait for final answer so I can complain to FSA.. I will not agree anymore with this scam company.. they have to be banned.. if FSA will not sort anything I’ll go to solicitors and even to CCJ .. just avoid this scam company”

“Someone government body will have to take this very seriously, this company is a fraud and they give cheap qoutation first to get you trapped in their net, then if you have a smaller mistake like I declared my license is 8 years old where as my license was one month to 8 years, they got that point and the arises my insurance around double of the price, basically they want to cancel they policy on either hands, because somewhere in Thier cancellation they have mentioned even within 14 days they charged £60 plus many hidden charges . Like I was charged £138 for keep it for 7 days. . Please help me getting this money back as I am so frustrated after that,”

“Avoid this scam company... i got my car insured and they set up very quick everithing .. i thought they are wow but Then I got txt message to get in touch with them for policy validation . They answer very quick but they try to charge more as they pretending I had higher mileage last year and if I don’t accept a new quotation they said they will cancel my policy.. 2 hours later I got txt message with cancellation .... probably they don’t care if is a cooling off period or is after 14 days they will try to rip you off .. if is any charge I will complain as they decided to cancel the policy not me .. just avoid this rubbish company 🤮🤮”

They should make things clearer in the beginning..sell your car and still pay full price or we keep your NCB,,,😠😠😠💩💩💩 what a joke...”

“BAIT and SWITCH SCAM. Keep the f... away!. They rob me blind. If you don't want your hard earned money to be stolen by these bandits, Keep away! Thieves. Bunch of conman masquerading as insurance company. If initials are not clear enough, here is the full company name. Right Choice Insurance Brokers. They gave the cheapest quote and then they tried to charge £250 extra the next day.”

“Please, Please, FSA stop this HORRIBLE Company for taking every member of the public as mugs!!! Over 96% of BAD customer reviews! Surely, Surely they should have one of their own employees blowing the whistle for them at some stage?? If you are an employee and you work for Right Choice Insurance Brokers, please make the 'Right Choice' and expose this fraudulent company for the Gansgetrs that they are! I am convinced the employees won't have much job satisfaction by being groomed Into ripping clients off on behalf of the greedy company? What about their poor families, geese, they must be so proud of them.......Not! Rant over, let's collectively send them all down to the dole office, where they rightfully deserve. After all, it's the 'Right Choice'”

“I'm very sad atm. I have conviction and a accident which is fair enough so I understand I will have to pay abit more but as I have disclosed this information in the application my original quote was 1450 which I thought fine. I just saved 300 so I could leave a deposit and literally this was my own present to myself. I was ask to call about validation and because I'm doing less miles this year as I have changed jobs my policy has gone up 350 and have to pay them 59 pound today. So I called them up was on hold for an hour went though everything accepted the extra cost. Everything fine 18.16 this evening I get a email saying you need to call the validation team as information on insurance databases is different but I just went over the phone with with early for an hour. I don't know if I'm just been robbed here I just want to drive my car. I'm scared to ask for a refund back as the way this company's acts thel probably be like your deposit is your free. Should I report this to the FSA ombudsman. Let me know guys”
