Right choice trying to scam me for an extra 20.00 despite me already paying an extra 30.00 to The Close Brothers, who deal with the direct debit payments. Right Choice do not send a letter about the 20.00 charge - just threatening texts saying unpaid insurance, when it was actually paid early in the week!! I spoke to them to let them know that my insurance was indeed paid since last week - only for them to tell me that they don't need to send a letter for the 20.00 charge and will cancel insurance?? Avoid this scam merchant at all costs!!

SCAMMERS I Found car insurance for £730 for the year, I paid £146 deposit and was then sent an email to say I had to provide 9 documents to them, (everything but my DNA). I couldn’t provide all 9 so I asked to Cancel which they told me I was unable to do so!! Being naive I then asked to amend my details so that the one document I didn’t have would no longer be needed. they charged me another £60 to do this! After paying out a total of £206 I then get a text asking me to call them. I then learn that they are not happy with my mileage and want to bump the premium up to £1143.50!!!! I’ve now managed to cancel after 2 days of taking the policy out and I’m only entitled to a £99 refund! Day light robbery and I don’t know how they are allowed to get away with it. I’ve now had to pay £150 deposit to another company and I will never be using right choice again!! If only I had read the reviews before.

SCAMMERS i found car insurance for £730 for the year so I paid £146 deposit. I then received an email That same day asking to provide 9 documents (everything but my DNA) I called them to tell them that I didn’t have one of the documents and because of the hassle I’d like to cancel The policy. I was told I was unable to cancel as I wasn’t completely added to the system long enough to take me off. I naively asked to change one detail of mine which meant I wouldn’t need the document I didn’t have and would avoid having the policy cancelled. I was charged £60 to make this change. 2 days later After paying out £206 I’ve received a text asking to call the company. I’m told they ain’t happy with my mileage and that the premium has gone up to £1143.50. At this point I’ve had enough and asked to cancel my policy. I’m told I’m entitled to £99 refund out of the £206 I’ve paid!!! Absolute day light robbery and I’m shocked that a company like this is getting away with this scam in this day of age. I’ve now had to pay out £150 deposit to a different company and gutted I never read the reviews for this shocking company!!! I will never use a company that’s not a well known name ever again!!

Please don't ever get insurance from this company, gave me insurance at an agreed price , then was told i had to pay more because of my last years mileage even though i explained I don't use my car for work anymore . it nearly doubled , was told as i wont pay the extra i need to cancel at at cost to me . It was cheaper for me to pay the cost and get insured by another company , then to pay the extra that they wanted . Total scam . Stay away

Got a really cheap quote of £710 for a policy starting in a week. Day later get a message on phone saying call back. They werent happy with my mileage given on gocompare but money had already been taken. They stated they will give a new quote, which they couldnt do so they stated they will take £60 for cancelling policy and that I have to tell my new insurers I have had a policy cancelled. The company is a scam. They give you a cheap quote to lure you in and then look for any reason to cancel your policy. They insured me through markerstudy initially. The £60 cancellation fee would go straight to RCIB. Its a way for them to earn more money as theyre not taking much from the Premium... i doubt anyone has had a positive experience. Anyone know how I can get my £60 back? The policy had not even started.

Phoned them get a quote which I was happy with, so I give them all my details to start the policy once I received my licence back, I told them I would contact them when I receivedmy licenseback to arrangea start day, dvla refused to reissuemy licensedue to a medical issue, i then found out they started a policy and took the deposit, by the time I had realised they had started the policy I was out of the 14 day cooling off period, they are now harassing me for more money on a policy I never actually agreed to start, They insured an unlicensed person to be on the road Absolute jokers

AVOID Car Insurance - Ridiculously high charges for changes to policy (£135 for admin on address change!!), will not give me a quote for my new address but told me it could go up by £1000!! Andy Gray one of the 'managers' was very rude, told me I had to pay £88 to cancel my policy WHEN I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS!! Was extremely smug & was goading a response out of me when I asked for clarification to his rude answers. There is no possibility to cancel during cooling off period unless you pay an £88 fee, after the 14 day cooling off period it goes up higher and higher. also spoke to Cheryl Austin who again was rude. GO TO A PROPER INSURANCE COMPANY NOT A COWBOY BROKER!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Please do not read the other fake reviews. Impossible to get hold of on phone. Waited 75mins one call. They took money from my card unauthorised for extortionate charge which wasn’t discussed. Currently ombudsman dealing with it. Charged silly cancellation charges. Never got calculation letter just email saying refund will take 30days. WORST INSURANCE BROKER EVER DEALT WITH. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET SHUT DOWN VERY SOON!!
