This company should be shut down scammers , quote done on line came up at a good price , like others was requested to send documents which was done the next day all off a sudden an email saying discrepancies were found in my paperwork, after waiting 40 mins to actually get through I was told there was a few things that didn’t match up ie mileage from my mot , this was correct when I completed on line , then apparently she had to call the insurance company and they added £80 to my initial price, after a heated discussion I ask to cancel the policy as it had not started yet She told me that would be £60, as I paid in full they had me other really please stay clear total scammers

They are somewhere between a scam and fraudsters, I'm not sure which. Disgusting company to deal with, want so many documents sent by fax? Who uses a fax machine nowadays? They wouldn't accept my no claims discount from Swinton Insurance because it wasn't in PDF format and there was nothing I could do about that. Even gave them Swinton's number and my insurance details for them to verify but that was no good. I'm really not sure what they are. Basically, never use this company....Ever! They send you a direct debit mandate from another company, there are so many companies you are dealing with that you don't know who you are actually insured with. Safe to say I cancelled, best £120 I have spent was getting out of this shabby contract.

SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by their quotes. If you pay the deposit (like I did). You will have to pay double the quoted price before you receive any cover, or say goodbye to your deposit.

Shocking, got a quote online for £127. Then they messaged me to ring them and said they needed to put my work address on the policy as I might leave the bike there once in a while. They then wanted another £145. When I said I wanted to cancel they wanted £57 for the privelege after 1 day insurance. I then went through another company which, unknowingly, led to the same insurer and the same thing happended again. Avoid Adrian Flux, MCN, Bike Sure, Trinity Lane.

Really wish I'd read the reviews on here before I decided to use this company! Can't believe Go Compare use them on their site. Please seriously don't consider this company, the price your quoted through Compare the Market won't be the price you pay as they scrutinise everything and make mistakes. When you call you will be put on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes, hung up on, spoke to like trash. After persistence I managed to get them to cancel but told I need to wait 7-9 days for my refund. They agreed to waive the cancellation fee of £60 (so they said)

terrible customer service & lengthy calls to get through. I was taken in by a cheap quote on Compare the Market (this was increased) & have had nothing but trouble ever since, my direct debit wasn't set up & they hadnt even taken my deposite. still trying to get the spelling of my name corrected from September! AVOID

Incompetent staff, when you call them there are all kind of noise in the background, sometimes you can't hear what they saying. When asked them to repeat they sound pompous! They messed up my paperwork, apparently they didn't receive my emails. Also they forget to send you important documents right after you spoke to them. Can't wait to finish my 1 year with them and never ever return! Their prices are over the ceiling...

Hi! It was the first time in 11 years since I start using insurance for my car, a company charged around £120 just I jotted down in the application the annual millage 2000 without checking! I had to cancel my insurance with them the same day! Loosing that amount of money absolutely for nothing! Dirty money leading you to fail, eventually! Regards

Please please stay away. Took out insurance thru the meerkat site. Everything went ok then I got email asking for all crazy details. Driving license copies, mot certificate, v5 forms etc etc. I wanted to discuss with hubby but before the end of the day had emails and texts threatening to cancel my policy. On day 15 I got a call to say i had lied about my additional drivers length of driving and also that they had ran a check on my mileage and I had put 4000 when I needed to put 11000. I asked for proof. No reply. No one answers the phone or replies to emails. I then get an email asking for and extra 445 onto of my premium for the discrepancies on my policy. I sent a stinking email back. To which I got a reply well it will cost 445 to get out of the policy. Total joke. I have told them I will see them in court and report them to anyone who listens. In 20 years of driving I have never had such a load of hassle. I have sent an email requesting to terminate my policy and now keep getting emails back asking for it in writing. Literally going round in circles. I have lost 108 deposit to them just hope I can resolve the other situations and hope no one else falls for this load of rubbish con artist scammer fraud idiots.

I was deceived. Firstly, they gave a quote with a low price. Just after I paid, they told me that my mileage estimation for the coming year was different from their estimation because my mileage of the past year is much higher than before. I explained that why, but they insisted to charge me more £400 based on their estimation. If I don't accept, they would charge £60 cancellation fee. Then the question is, why did they quote me based on my estimation and get the money if they didn't believe my estimation? It is reasonable to double check all the information customers provide, including the estimation of future mileage. But if your company thinks customers' estimation is not correct, the fair way is to cancel the quote and refund and then discuss about a new quote, but not just charge more or charge the cancellation fee. Please notice that the cancellation is due to the company's modification of the contract. Finally, I had to pay the cancellation fee and chose another insurance company. So please be careful before you pay a new insurance company.

Scammed into paying another £95 for some bs reason about me apparently saying I had 10 years ncb ( I didn't) and not 9. I checked the propasal they sent me and there was no mention of how many years I had stated. I went back to my quote on CPTM and it was 9 years!! It was an option of paying the £95 or being charged as much to cancel. I'm going to complain to Compare the Market about them.

I wish I read the reviews before I paid for my insurance. This is how it works: they qoute you the cheapest on comparison sites, you take it and you pay. Gotcha! You trapped. They will find a way to increase your premium. For me it was "weak credit score" even though I paid the full amount. When I wanted to cancel they told me to pay £60 even though I was well within the cooling off period. As others said, Call waiting time is excruciating if you manage to get through. Everything about this company looks dodgy. Learn from me, stay light years away from this RCIB.

Pls don't do insurance with this company. It's kind of froud company. Never recommend to anyone. If you have extra money give to some needy people. They give you cheap quotes but after some days yours quote will be high or cancel your policy and charge you 120 pound cancellation fees. Be aware of that kind of insurance company

Avoid them like a plague! Like everyone who wished they never did business with them, I also got trapped because they appeared top as the cheapest on a popular comparison websites. Once you get trapped paying the deposit on accepting the online quote, they will send a text for you to call them after a couple of days and state all the reasons under the sun why your premium needs to go up. Like my workplace is further away from home and that I park the car overnight in the home garage and not on a drive way so premium must go up! Had to cancel the policy because the reworked premium was almost double the original quote. Besides they'd threaten you with all sorts of cancellation and admin fees. Worst customer service experience I ever had. Wouldn't tell me what their complaint procedure. Total waste of time and money. Appears their strategy is to fleece you out of your money before you get the chance to cancel, relying on their dodgy "terms and conditions". About time someone reports them to the authorities. Company is a fraud!
