“No problems with the service got a very good quote and brought the policy from MCE. The only concern is that I was promised a £10 voucher for sports bike direct but this has never arrived”

“To whom it may concern, on talking to the staff on the phone not only were they polite but were also very professional in providing the information . “I think it is good how MCN remembered my motorbike details from the previous year, and emailed me to remind me that my bike was coming up for insurance renewal a year later. This was handy, because all my details remained the same, and when it came to searching for an insurance deal, I did not have to type in all my details again - it remembered all my details! I think MCN is better for buying and selling motorbikes rather than purchasing an insurance deal. But overall MCN is good for doing both.”

“For years I've re-insured with Bennetts, and pay what I thought was a good price at £160 fully comp. I did decide to go with MCN's recommendation to scour the market to see if it is possible to beat that price. So you can imagine my amazement that half a dozen quotes were under £100......and the quote I decided to go with this year - with Swinton Bikes, a well known insurer, came in at £58!! Thank you MCN, a saving of £100 is amazing! Richard Begley.”

“I don't use my bike ( Triumph Scrambler) much and never in the winter, so when the request comes I am always off road. Every year, the previous premium trys to increase, but is batted off by switching using the MCN,s comparison site. It always goes down, very often even with the lot wanting to renew !. Its easy to run, fast and easy to complete. If only my car insurance worked the same way.”

“Simple process for me. Returned quotes were exceptionally good pricewise. Easy to compare options and excesses. Went ahead with 1 of the quotes because my previous insurer said 'Sorry, we don't price match' and I replied 'Ok, I'm off then'. Saved around £50 which for Insurance costing around £125 represents an excellent return.”

“I am not impressed with this service one bit. I was promised I would receive a £ FREE £10 eVoucher to spend on helmets and clothing* at Sportsbikeshop.co.uk. The eVoucher code was supposed to be sent to me approximately a month after I purchased the policy, which I did 6 weeks ago. I cannot contact MCN review as all their emails are sent from a "NO REPLY" address. I did email Sportsbikeshop.co.uk to ask where my voucher was and I received no reply. I shall not be using this service again or any of MCN's goods or services on the dual principle that they do not deliver what they promise and they have no customer care in place.”
