Avoid at all costs virtually impossible to communicate with any change in policy will requote a crazy amount and charge you 60 pounds to cancel even within 14 days plus 25 pounds if you put it on DD. Spent 2 hours on phone being sent round houses still haven't got refund. Really shocking

AVOID IT IS A SCAM !!!!! LOOK AT ALL FAKE 5* REVIEWS !!!! This "company" RIGHT CHOICE CAR INSURANCE exist only on the paper, they sell other insurance companys policy's. When i bought my insurance they ask for a lot of paperwork to begin with and you have only 2 weeks to collect it all and send it to them : Documents Required -Copy of the front of your driving licence photocard. Driving Licence must match policy address. -Copy of the back of your driving licence photocard. -DVLA Check Code. -No Claims Bonus Proof (Within the last 2 years & obtained from your last insurer. We are unable to accept schedules, statement of facts, statement of insurance and policy details). -Copy of the V5C registration certificate (‘log book’) And after 4 days they cancel my insurance policy because i didn't mention claim from 4.5 years ago . I simply forgot about it . They kept 100 pounds of my deposit and said it is cancellation fee, so i lost 100 pounds in 4 days. And in min time i had this weird phone calls from them they ask where i work and where is my driveway because they cant see it o google maps (WFT)and other private questions they waist a lot of my time. I think they want cancellations so they can charg you cancellation fees. Take money for nothing

I found this company at one evening. I entered details on compare the market and they were the cheapest. As I shopped around I decided to go back to them. After buying the policy (Paying the deposit of £80odd but not giving any documents) I realised that I had put in a letter wrong on the number plate (Stupid I know, but the colour and make and year were the same and it was a silly mistake!). I went back onto CTM and put in the correct plate and the price was exactly the same (£39.60). I then called them up in the morning when they opened at 8am (to add - I rechecked the quote on CTM and it was the same, incase it changed overnight) and after over 45 minutes (!!!!) on hold they decided it was the wrong department and transferred me. another 15minutes... again wrong dept and they put me back through to the FIRST department i spoke with! At this point I was seething and though if this is just for an amendment, wth will i do with a claim or issues! So, spoke to the person on the phone and explained what happened and they input details and said its gone up to £61! What! I said that cant be and could they honor the price on CTM. No. Flat out. No. End of. I said to them to cancel the policy, I was now late for work and I was not happy. They explained that they were going to be taking £60 off my £80 deposit and there was zero chance of waivering. This has got to be one of the WORST companies i have dealt with (and I work in mortgages with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Lenders and Insurers daily!). £60 to ensure I never touch this company again. HIGHLY recommend steering clear from this place. Absolute joke.

We received 3 separate emails with statement of facts attached with all of the correct details on and a quote for £216. I have called 4 times over the past week and each time spent an hour on the phone to be either cut off or to be told that I will receive a call back which never happened! The insurance ended up costing £646! I await your response but will not hold my breath.

AVOID - scammers and will rob your bank accounts...!! I took a policy out with them via compare the market after feeling it was through a trustworthy site .. BIG MISTAKE. I have never in my life dealt woth such a time consuming, falsely led and scamming insurance company /broker in my life- they have refused to refund me my deposit and told me 3 different reasons to refuse my refund.. worst reason was “no debt no refund” - it took me half a day getting through to them to cancel my policy- will be reporting them to Trading Standards for misleading and conning people out of money... a DAYLIGHT CRIMINAL SCAM..! THIEFS..!

They do not honur their quoted prices, they add on anything and everything after you have accepted the policy - ours went up by over £100 because of a minor accident almost three years ago - THAT HAD BEEN DECLARED on the quotation form! We then needed to change cars after a few months with them and they wanted to add another £200 plus for the privilege - the 'new' car is exactly the same insurance group as the old one, or we could pay almost £200 to leave them and not get a no claims quote! Will NEVER us them again and recommend nobody else does either. SCAM company.

Given a review and wouldn't recommend the company as apparently need a tracker for a safe and secure bike that is not of high value what makes it even worce as since this stupid pointless policy has been put in place I would have been cheaper going with a more expensive company as the bike isn't insured without a tracker so how do I get it to a garage to get one fitted

Usually waiting on hold for 30mins, constantly requesting information i had had already send with threatening letters of cancellation. £60 admin fee to change address on a policy with less then a month on it?

Worst company ever and painful experience to have if you fancy one. The quote price will go up in their interrogation telephone call and they will find a way to catch you to punish you to take a policy with them. Scam bugs, filthy animals. Keep away millions of miles.

This company is a joke did an insurance with them on line Saturday and paid £900+ got an email saying thank you for purchasing your policy and that they would email my documents,got an email off them 3 days later to say to contact them as not insured...when I rang them they then wanted a further £900+ meaning it had doubled in price in 3 days,they also stated they had not taken the monies out of my account when I purchased this on line,I then spoke to my bank and they had taken the monies on day of purchase...this is disgusting and would not under any circumstances recommend them to anyone...reported this to the Ombudsman!!!

Non existent customer service, very cocky and sarcastic attitude from an advisor called Chloe. Very mis-leading online then when you purchase an aunnual policy and pay upfront you then receive a phone call stating you then have to pay an extra £300 to be insured. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will certainly never use them again for a car insurance policy

I paid t renew my bike insurance before the due date and was hit by a car before the new insurance came into effect. I reported the accident, but chose to claim through the third party's company. I then received a message from the insurance company due to take over the policy on the renewal date asking about my accident, quoting an incorrect date. I also received a message from Right Choice saying that the new company wanted more money because I had not declared the accident (despite reporting it to Right Choice). My insurance is due for renewal tomorrow and I have had no communication form Right Choice giving details of how much it would cost to insure again through them.

You list date of when passing motorcycle test 1962 which is when I passed but it does not accept it. When I try to add my bike details it does list Ariel but not the date of registration which is 1961.
