DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Please do not read the other fake reviews. Impossible to get hold of on phone. Waited 75mins one call. They took money from my card unauthorised for extortionate charge which wasn’t discussed. Currently ombudsman dealing with it. Charged silly cancellation charges. Never got calculation letter just email saying refund will take 30days. WORST INSURANCE BROKER EVER DEALT WITH.
