“Spoke with Sohaib on the 28th November about my car insurance. Honestly If anyone ever needs car insurance Sohaib is definitely the one to go to! He was very reassuring, ensured that I understood every bit of information about insurance and alternatively helped me come to find the right price for me. Thank you Sohaib”

“They are somewhere between a scam and fraudsters, I'm not sure which. Disgusting company to deal with, want so many documents sent by fax? Who uses a fax machine nowadays? They wouldn't accept my no claims discount from Swinton Insurance because it wasn't in PDF format and there was nothing I could do about that. Even gave them Swinton's number and my insurance details for them to verify but that was no good. I'm really not sure what they are. Basically, never use this company....Ever! They send you a direct debit mandate from another company, there are so many companies you are dealing with that you don't know who you are actually insured with. Safe to say I cancelled, best £120 I have spent was getting out of this shabby contract.”

“SCAM!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!! Don’t be fooled by their quotes. If you pay the deposit (like I did). You will have to pay double the quoted price before you receive any cover, or say goodbye to your deposit.”

“After being on hold for 20mins, hanging up then calling back to be told I was getting charged £60 for an admin fee that didn't change the value of my policy, I later called back to dispute the fee and spoke with a really helpful advisor Adele. She dealt with my query politely and promptly, and advised me with other aspects of my policy. I felt Adele was really experienced and genuinely eager to help with any issues I had regarding my policy. I will say the rating given is directed at Adele soley as the initial call was unanswered and the first person i spoke with wasn't as experienced. Thank you”

“Shocking, got a quote online for £127. Then they messaged me to ring them and said they needed to put my work address on the policy as I might leave the bike there once in a while. They then wanted another £145. When I said I wanted to cancel they wanted £57 for the privelege after 1 day insurance. I then went through another company which, unknowingly, led to the same insurer and the same thing happended again. Avoid Adrian Flux, MCN, Bike Sure, Trinity Lane.”
