Do not use, I made a mistake on the online form with moneysupermarket and even though I went through all the details again it wasn't spotted by them they are the experts! I had to cancel the policy because the new price was treble and I only get back £231 when it was costing me £366 and I was insured for 5 days!

Appalling! I went through a comparison site, NEVER AGAIN!! Right Choice were about £50 cheaper, but when they had sold me the policy, they then sent me 9 further documents to complete, just because I am a controlled diabetic! When I applied, they asked me more questions than any medical insurance, totally irrelevant, and discriminatory. They also got several details wrong, even though I had been through them all with the broker on the initial phone call. I tried emailing, no reply, then I sent the email again, they told me to phone them! I tried phoning three times, each time I was waiting for over three quarters of an hour. When I eventually got through, there were no pleasantries, just 'Name?' date of birth? post code?. I asked to cancel, and was then told they would refund my full premium paid, minus £45, even though the policy wasn't due to start for 10 days. Rip off! Imagine having an accident, and having to wait 45 minutes to speak with someone! I have had a similar problem with another comparison site broker, so never again. The reason they are cheap is that they don't employ enough staff to man the phones, no matter what day or time you call. The last time I went with a similar broker, they had to refund my phone bill of over £15, for time waiting for them to answer, after they link you into their queue. This time, I guess I'll have to forgo the £45, and learn my lesson. Even the supervisor was lacking in any customer service skills, she just spoke over me. APPALLING, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM!!!!!

went through moneysupermarket first. The initial quote went up £30 when using their web site even though it was with the same details on each site and only minutes between. RCBI took £620 for my premium. then phoned back explaining that i'd had an accident (not my fault) and because i'd had a previous accident 4 years earlier and a personal injury claim had been payed to me, this put me into a category of 'likely fraud' apparently. I was shocked and insulted. to cancel after 2 days into the 14 day cooling off period would cost £125; £45 'admin fee' plus 10% of total policy cost which had now grown to £850!! Defo not the 'Right Choice'. Do your own research and read the very, very small 'small print'

I've just rung my insurance company (right choice) to ask how much it would cost to change my car registration number plate to a private 1 and they quoted me £50.. yes £50!!! How can they justify charging that much for pushing a few buttons on a keyboard and sending me a letter. I know royal mail has gone up but surely not that much. I would not recommend this company to anyone and i WILL NOT be renewing my insurance with them. A complete joke and waste of time.

This insurance company is absolutely terrible and I would advice against anyone using them. I went through the whole procedure of completing my insurance claim online and was told that someone would contact me to confirm my details. After spending time confirming my details online I was told that the claim would only go through if I got a box fitted in my car (which was not stated online, as if it was I would have not gone for this company). I am still waiting for the funds to be refunded into my account and cannot make another claim till then as I have to wait 3-5 days for my funds to be returned. All of this hassle could have been avoided if they stated that they required to fit a box in my car before hand as I would have gone with another company in the first place. Don't use them!

Don`t waste your time and money for Right choice. I bought online the insurance for £830 after I checked 3 times that all my details are correct. You probably know their process: Your insurance is not confirmed until they don`t call you. They called me next day, had 2 or 3 questions and told that my premium £1350...The reason was: I put to the online form that I have lived in the UK for 2 years. When they called me they asked me if I can prove 2 years UK driving experience? I could only one. I did not give any details stating that I can prove 2 years UK driving experience. if this is so important that my premium is £500 more because of this why is not in the online form included???Anyway the person who called me was arrogant and impolite...Although they state that your payment is only pre- authorized until they don`t confirm it I had been told that I have to wait 1 week to get my money back. Avoid this company!

I paid £1200 in january for insurance as im a young driver with 4 years no claims! This company was cheapest! I would now rather have paid more for another company. I tried to cancel 4 months before it was up and said id get £0 back. They lost all the details of my licence etc so had to resend them all. They then lost them AGAIN and threatened to cancel my policy i had paid it in full in January and was told i would loose my money! Their customer service is utter CRAP! Please please do not even call them unless you have all the time and money in the world!! Would 100% not recommend this company

These insurance brokers are most certainly NOT the right choice. The customer service team are HORRENDOUS. They are all arrogant with very little customer service skills, and will try to increase your premium as much as possible to earn there commission! I highly advise that EVERYONE who is looking to go through these brokers to go ELSEWHERE! If you decide to pay the deposit online (which I did), they will ring you to go through the premium and it WILL be different to what you saw online. They also changed it from the 8 months I agreed to online to 10 months on top of increasing my monthly payments nearly £100! By far the worst insurance brokers I have had to deal with to date.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURER. Horrific customer service and Multitude of extra costs including stacked administration fees - even if they say £90 admin fee, this can happen several times. i changed my car (to a more economical vehicle, with less tax) and moved house at the same time. this incurred a £180 admin fee (2x £90) as well as a £200 add-on fee for the change of vehicle. I moved from a busy central london road parking place to a rural village in nottinghamshire (with a locked garage). my occupation changed so instead of using the car for commuting 9000 miles a year i could use it for leisure.... how does this justify an EXTRA £200 added onto my insurance? looking back, i think it would have just been easier to cancel the policy there and then... but they would have probably incurred a severance fee. I should have never started the policy in the first place. Partially my fault, but someone FORGOT to post my documents to sign and return resulting in a very embarrassing encounter with a traffic officer 2 weeks later. there was no phonecall or email to check that i had received the documents, let alone a reminder. if it wasnt for the fact i was pulled over (as my details flashed up that there was no insurance) i would have continued none the wiser. When a call was made to RCIB by the traffic officer there was no hint of remorse from the customer services, even though it was on their records that although a policy was started and payment was made, no attempt to contact me was made. Contacting them on the phone will usually result in a 20min wait (minimum) before being served... I have waited out of spite for 50 mins once....

very poor communication, very unclear on their policy & felt discriminated towards for being HM Forces (trying to make me pay for 2 desperate address's increasing the cost by almost £3,500) very disappointed & after they changed the price i then had to pay to cancel!! NOT RECOMMENDED.
