“I applied to get insurance, advised someone will call .. 2 mins later i get text asking to fill this in about my converstion about the call... BUT no one called ! ! !”

“tried to get a quote for new Royal Enfield Interceptor, full comp best quote £1113 for a 48bhp bike are they having a joke? I went elsewhere and got it under £500 no damnned 4 options choices, no wretched muzac, answered the phone straight away and down to business, some ins' have'nt even got new Interceptor on their database so you waste a load of time filling in drop-down form then when you get the bit to tick 'model' nothing happens all comparison sites using same drop-down menu don't waste your time go to a small insurer.”

“I struggled to complete purchase online for a new policy so I phoned customer services. A bored and unhelpful lady answered the phone, I explained the issue I was having and she then transferred me without any information including that she was transferring me at all. I appreciate it was 19.50 and lines close at 20.00 but nobody picked up and I was left holding beyond 20.00. Not a great start to a new policy.”

“Nothing done as agreed. Completely chaotic company from start to finish. I am now taking current dealings with them further in order to establish actual criminality on their part. Disgusting standards of customer support. I wouldn’t touch this firm again.”

“Held for 28 minutes without getting through to anyone. They said they needed to call to confirm my policy and then confirmed it anyway. I had an email saying Hi my name is . please rate my service! Ha what service”

“Half way through my first phone call the line went dead spent a further 20mins trying to get through again to be on the phone almost an hour.. was asked several times the same questions as I’d already previously stated and I’d also filled in online”

“they always try to charge extra, please don't pay on their website, when you pay your deposit, once you pay they say different problems about your application and will try to charge extra. and the refund takes 10 to 15 days. and the agents are very rude.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID Terrible organisation to deal with when you have to make a claim, bounced around for hours on calls chasing down updates. Told to deal with police directly, no updates even after calling, emailing etc etc Claim took three months to resolve then they took off three years no claims discount of my daughter and have avoided all calls and emails made by once again bouncing me around. Buyer beware might be cheap but seriously bad compared to bennetts and MCE who is usually only a few pounds more. I will definitely be keeping my bikes with the other companies and wished I had never insured my daughters bike with this bunch of clowns. Feel I need to make social media aware to prevent others falling into this companies grips.”

“Total and absolute scam company, somehow justify doubling my policy cost simply for a change of address with a 37plus years unblemished driving record. First and last time of ever using this company, your tactics are not clever or good business they are quite simply underhanded, you are disgusting”

“Such poor service. Don’t even know how to treat a customer. Really bad service never going to use this company ever again. Spoke to 5 difference people and the attitude was disgusting. Misleading information at every opportunity and took know responsibility to provide inaccurate details.”

“My quote online was £532 after selecting this insurance I got a call from them to set up my car insurance for the price to rise to £909. False advertising so you’ll click and buy for them to completely hike up the price after being on the phone for 20 mins asking ridiculous questions ( like how often do I drink and do I smoke). Do not even know how this can be called a company complete rip offs.”
