You are charging me the same price for a Ford KA1.3L AS YOU do for a 2 litre 4x4. Yesterday it took 45 mins for you to answered and deal with my call. Your representative was rude and unsympathetic .

I wish to give them -1?? So bad customer service, so rude They was laughing on the phone , wasting my time 1.5 hours for nothing, seating in the car and waiting , they took the money from my account and we didn't get insurance

88% of Customers cant be wrong, with an average 2.02 stars its speaks volumes. MY experience is dire they neither reply to email nor answer calls, Ive spent over an hour on hold, they basically just dont care. I would AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID, read the reviews pretty dismal, I'm waiting on a call back as they haven't included business cover on my car , and I can guess exactly whats coming next .... more dosh. If this is the case i will demand a full refund and report them to the insurance ombudsman.

We found this shower via several comparison sites, regardless of site they were the cheapest quote and the price quoted was consistent across the board. We decided to go with them and selected the policy via Go compare, we wanted to pay the premium on a monthly basis. When we paid the deposit/ first payment a box appeared on the screen saying the payment couldn't go through and to ring them, which we did. While on the phone we checked our bank account and saw that the money had gone out, when we got through the young lady started going through all the details again as if doing a new quote. She then told us that the price would be more than quoted and tried to give us some spiel. I questioned this practice and got put on to someone called Gary (a supervisor;) he refused to honour the price and his 'like it or lump it' attitude was appalling. We now find ourselves trying to get our deposit back which we believe was taken fraudulently, we have lodged complaints with trading standards and the insurance ombudsman. They also have our bank details for the direct debit and wouldn't be at all surprised if they tried to take payment. Cannot begin to imagine what the service would be like if you needed to claim! We went with Bikesure for the policy and that was an altogether more pleasant experience.

i made the initial deposit payment and it went through. i then had a phone call and was told this was incorrect and had to pay another £100+ ... i then had insurance for 1 week and bought another car (54 plate) and they requested i pay double not before telling me they could not discuss my account before sending the required documents which i quickly sent to discuss account and then they told me i could not cancel or change my insurance as i have entered into an agreement (by returning documents).. so i had my insurance with them for just over 1 week and paid over £500 and they still wanted more. ended up cancelling my direct debit with bank and went with another (honest) insurer.

I wouldn't even give them one star. Absolutely disgusting Company I'm shocked it is still allowed to trade even after 100s of bad reviews on so many review websites. I regret the day I used moneysupermarket.com. I was quoted £650... surprise surprise they rang me next day and increased the price, because they couldn't verify my address. I was told I didn't live at my address mentioned on application... also because there was so many people living there that's why I was not coming up on their system, what rubbish... this scam company is only after your money and will do anything to increase prices. I cancelled less than 8 hours, I felt I was bullied into going with them. I was told there would be £85 charge for cancellation. I was shocked all insurance companies give you a 14 days period. I wasn't sent an email or paperwork during the 8 hours... so how can they charge a ridiculous price for cancelling. I do wish scam companies should be reported and shutdown. Please please avoid at all costs... I so regret not reading reviews on right choice... Right choice more like wrong choice... very upsetting.

Call centre are horrendous. Dont even think about ringing them if you have less than an hour to be on hold.

Crap simple as that rubbish customer service all prices increased wish i never set seriously thinking of cancelling within the 14 day period and going elsewhere avoid money grabbing company you will be lied to

Absolute con artists! Insured my car on compare the market for a goid price, got a call 30 mins later saying there were some discrepancies. Insurance then more than doubled! I refused and said I’ll cancel, which then they said I would lose my deposit and have to pay £121 more! Told them where to go. One month later they just took £121 out my account. Absolute thieves with no morals. I’m more then happy to go to their building soon and give a few of the littke essex wide boy mugs a good hiding

Like others, uploaded all correct documents, exact same details as given on go compare and yet still cancelled after 7 days with no reason given! Nightmare company makes GC look back the fact they're part of the scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I found a cheap quote on money supermarket and went ahead with buying insurance without checking the reviews. Once I seen the reviews, I was completely shocked and had to cancel the cover as soon as possible. Next day I tried to cancel the cover by contacting customer service (my policy didn’t start) and they kept on transferring me over to different departments. They kept messing about and taking my details then ending the call or transferring me to other departments who are unbale to cancel my policy. I had to call about 3 times to get to speak to someone about this. It seemed like they wanted me to be frustrated and to give up cancelling so my cover starts and they can charge me later. My policy didn’t even start and they still charged me cancellation fee. All I can advise to everyone, please do your research before buying your cover with them!! They are dodgy and my biggest regret is not checking the reviews before buying cover from them.

Within 24 hours and hours on a phone call they wanted extra £100 or a £100 to cancel. Please raise chargeback on this company as you have no other way with these fraudsters.

Awful! Not only will they breach FCA rules they’ll leave you with a broken car for weeks. They increased my premium at renewal stage (half to be expected) but what they also did and failed to tell me about was to also increase the excess by £200!!!! My excess now sits at a ludicrous amount and after complaining about them failing to meet FCA transparency rules I’ve just been ignored! Off to FOS I go then! I had an accident a few weeks ago and despite around 7 different companies calling me I’ve not had 1 update nor has anyone been in touch regarding repairs. They’re just awful don’t go near them!

It's day light robbery with this company. Bought a new car and just wanted to transfer the insurance from the previous one. This cost an "admin fees" is £60 just to change. As if that's not enough they start bringing up other charges and yet the insurance told me I'm up to date. The staff is so sharp and rude had to make a fuss just to speak to a manager and get some sort of help.

What a load of bullocks there a rip off, unnecessary extra costs falls from the sky, quote different from comparison site, incompetent staff. Rude staff, unprofessional staff,dopey staff. If u wanna get ripped off there's the company for you. Good luck
