“Too long to complete the process and in the end for some reason they've to cancel my policy and charge me £85 despite I haven't even have the documents in which they should have emailed to me, right after the long agonising process!!!”

“The young gentleman who I deal with this evening (Arnold) was very pleasant, and made my renewal process very quick and easy. I must say that the response time in the call being answered has vastly improved on last year, as the phone only rang 3 or 4 times before it was answered, whereas last year it took me well over 20 mins to get through to a person to discuss my insurance policy”

“Ended up being sold totally different policy to the one I called about, very robotic call operative who didn't explain each part of the substituted policy - for example only revealed excess after payment had gone through. Not yet received my policy by email - would expect it to be more immediate as I have experienced before.”
