“Put the price up by £400 from the online quote when I had to confirm the payment by phone. I wasn't best pleased but I had no choice as I needed the insurance immediately. Wouldn't recommend this insurer to friends and family. The staff were pleasant enough.”

“Adedotun was a gentleman, I had a problem with my card because I'm an absolute nightmare and unorganised but he stayed late for me and called me back to make the process easy. He was patient with me but remained professional. Considering the amount of rubbish he has to read he kept his tone on point. It was due to Adedotun that I was insured as I could have easily of gave up after the trouble I was having with my card. Thanks very much”
