“Constantina was absolutely lovely to talk to, and got me through the introduction quickly and efficiently, without rushing me, but also realising that we on the other end don't want to spend ages on the phone. Based on the call service I received today I would definitely call again if I had any problems as I feel like I will be dealt with efficiently and by a 'real person' who is not just reciting words to me. Thank you for your help today!! :-)”

“to be honest if I wanted to call to book a policy I would the internet is for ease of use hense the reason I use it, last thing I needed was a 20 minute call as well!!”
