“I needed more information regarding policy i wanted.Daniel was very patient and very helpful. He also advised me on different options which I was not aware of. Very happy with service.”

“Awful,awful customer service and very amateurish. Took out a policy online on a saturday, the message at the end of the transaction stated the policy is not in force until contacted. 2 days later no contact,not even an email. tried to contact by phone, ridculous call where i was passed to the relevant dept 3 times and still didnt get to speak to anybody after over 1 hr waiting, asked for call back, didnt happen. Eventually got to speak to a person at 6.00pm, who said docs had been sent but sent them again which i did get this time. They stated that cover started at 5.45pm that day, 15 mins before i got to speak to someone, meaning i was uninsured from Saturday when i took out the policy till the Monday at 5.45pm”

“Ami was very good at communicating with myself on our call today , she helped me sort out my verification of insurance. Only reason for 4/5 is because of having my insurance transferred over to a third party and having to pay for the 2 weeks worth of insurance before being transferred to a new policy. As far as ami’s help in sorting it all out she was very helpful 👍🏼”

“Is there anyway we can get these people arrested because what they’re doing is daylight robbery, can the POLICE do something. RCIB are thieves, conman we definately need to get someone to do something about it”

“Got a quote, paid the amount given, MCN then decided to cancel it because of where I live and is saying we have to pay for them to cancel the insurance, or we can pay even more to receive the insurance. The quote that was given had all of our details and that is what we agreed to, then MCN decided to change it after we agreed on the price.”

“This company is really bad and have treated me extremely bad. They charged me £200 for an address change They also charged me for a driveway that I didn’t have. They had no support in place throughout the lockdown and they are difficult to get hold of. The staff had adopted an unsatisfactory wag of dealing with customers. I feel ripped off and exploited by this company.”

“I tried to purchase online but unfortunately there was an error. I called in the morning and lines were very busy, I was told someone would call me back. Very shortly I had a call of Amanda and she was brilliant with me even though she had to keep repeating herself due to all the background noise in my house she was very helpful and very patient with me.”
