“Always give full information at front not later instead of different stuff clocks up. Good communication is vital. Whoever picks up the phone has the same information the other one has , not having different or understanding. It’s not good when you keep on explaining yourself to every you talk to. As well the information given to me previously should be aqualate. Thanks”

“Very poor on customer service, extremely ruud, they took my deposit and didn't start my insurance untill 3 day's later. I would not trust them again”

“Robbie was great. He was able to answer all of my questions, didn’t use too much jargon and explained everything pretty clearly. He also seemed to have some knowledge of motorcycling and appreciated my situation. Overall pretty good thanks.”
