“I decided to insure with you following a car I had purchased 30 minutes earlier I then found out the previous owner had not had the car insured so I decided to cancel the policy as the policy was not live they have then tried to charge me £170 as a cancellation fee even though the policy was not live I received no confirmation email you are legally entitled to a 14 day cooling off period and I did not want to continue with the sale”

“I was on hold for 21minutes befor I even got through to an advisor then it took me until 47 minutes into the call to finally make my payment after I had already sorted everything online!! Can't wait to receive my phone bill (NOT)”
