“Inaccurate transfer of data wastes time… again. Delighted by the initial quote that headed my list from Principal Insurance, an improvement on my insurer of 10 years with lower compulsory excess, I went through to discover that location of where bike was kept was about to be approved as Garage, rather than the option specified on the form. Could easily of accepted and paid for this with the inevitable outcome had I needed to claim. A half hour call to insure my bike with quoter ended in - "Sorry sir we can't quote". Someone needs to ensure that the data transition from mcncompare search engine to insurers is complete - at both ends - otherwise its a bloody irritating waste of time.”
