Non existent customer service, very cocky and sarcastic attitude from an advisor called Chloe. Very mis-leading online then when you purchase an aunnual policy and pay upfront you then receive a phone call stating you then have to pay an extra £300 to be insured. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone and will certainly never use them again for a car insurance policy

This company should be shut down scammers , quote done on line came up at a good price , like others was requested to send documents which was done the next day all off a sudden an email saying discrepancies were found in my paperwork, after waiting 40 mins to actually get through I was told there was a few things that didn’t match up ie mileage from my mot , this was correct when I completed on line , then apparently she had to call the insurance company and they added £80 to my initial price, after a heated discussion I ask to cancel the policy as it had not started yet She told me that would be £60, as I paid in full they had me other really please stay clear total scammers

You are charging me the same price for a Ford KA1.3L AS YOU do for a 2 litre 4x4. Yesterday it took 45 mins for you to answered and deal with my call. Your representative was rude and unsympathetic .

Please don't ever get insurance from this company, gave me insurance at an agreed price , then was told i had to pay more because of my last years mileage even though i explained I don't use my car for work anymore . it nearly doubled , was told as i wont pay the extra i need to cancel at at cost to me . It was cheaper for me to pay the cost and get insured by another company , then to pay the extra that they wanted . Total scam . Stay away

AVOID Car Insurance - Ridiculously high charges for changes to policy (£135 for admin on address change!!), will not give me a quote for my new address but told me it could go up by £1000!! Andy Gray one of the 'managers' was very rude, told me I had to pay £88 to cancel my policy WHEN I HAVE ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS!! Was extremely smug & was goading a response out of me when I asked for clarification to his rude answers. There is no possibility to cancel during cooling off period unless you pay an £88 fee, after the 14 day cooling off period it goes up higher and higher. also spoke to Cheryl Austin who again was rude. GO TO A PROPER INSURANCE COMPANY NOT A COWBOY BROKER!

Don’t be fooled by their quotes.
If you pay the deposit (like I did).
You will have to pay double the quoted price before you receive any cover, or say goodbye to your deposit.

It is very difficult to get through to RCIB on the phone, but they do phone you at renewal time many times which is helpful

Basically a fraudulent company, try and add massive amounts to what they quote. Tried to add 170 to my quote, yet quoted me less than my original quote when i pout the info in online. They just want to get cancellation fees and as every other review seems to say they are a poor company all round. Id rather lose my 60 quid than give them any business. Pity i had to even give them 1 star.

Argumentative, rude and very unhelpful. Took nearly 2 hours to sort, didn't even offer the cost of the call. Tried to up the cost by 50%

I struggled to complete purchase online for a new policy so I phoned customer services. A bored and unhelpful lady answered the phone, I explained the issue I was having and she then transferred me without any information including that she was transferring me at all. I appreciate it was 19.50 and lines close at 20.00 but nobody picked up and I was left holding beyond 20.00. Not a great start to a new policy.

It’s taken 2 days to get thru to you as I was on hold for over an hour each time but when I got thru Niaomi was very helpful so 5 stars for her

Total and absolute scam company, somehow justify doubling my policy cost simply for a change of address with a 37plus years unblemished driving record. First and last time of ever using this company, your tactics are not clever or good business they are quite simply underhanded, you are disgusting

Such poor service. Don’t even know how to treat a customer. Really bad service never going to use this company ever again. Spoke to 5 difference people and the attitude was disgusting. Misleading information at every opportunity and took know responsibility to provide inaccurate details.

Everything. Very poor customer service hence why I did not proceed with the cover. After speaking to a manager on the fone he said it will be cancelled and you will refund my deposit.
