“AVOID AVOID AVOID Terrible organisation to deal with when you have to make a claim, bounced around for hours on calls chasing down updates. Told to deal with police directly, no updates even after calling, emailing etc etc Claim took three months to resolve then they took off three years no claims discount of my daughter and have avoided all calls and emails made by once again bouncing me around. Buyer beware might be cheap but seriously bad compared to bennetts and MCE who is usually only a few pounds more. I will definitely be keeping my bikes with the other companies and wished I had never insured my daughters bike with this bunch of clowns. Feel I need to make social media aware to prevent others falling into this companies grips.”

“Total and absolute scam company, somehow justify doubling my policy cost simply for a change of address with a 37plus years unblemished driving record. First and last time of ever using this company, your tactics are not clever or good business they are quite simply underhanded, you are disgusting”

“Excellent premiums value for money but only interested in covering main stream vehicles. Anything in above average condition they won't insure and I had to look elsewhere for cover. Because premiums are low cancellation during policy carries a hefty charge.”

“As a company, they were hard to get through to and they didn’t call me back as they said they would, so I had to call them. I spoke to Ozzie. He was very helpful and well spoken and he made the process easy and a pleasure.”
