“good price, poor service - no documents sent as promised. Even though I contacted the insurer three times the cover note and other documents were not forthcoming. What are they trying to hide ? The quote however was good as was the cover of the insurance.”

“I've been using MCN compare for the last 4 years, since I started riding. Every year without fail it has either had the cheapest quote or led me to the cheapest. I always go to the cheapest quotes direct site afterwords to see if there are any differences in price. The site is clear and easy to understand. The only fault I've found is when you go to purchase and get put through to the broker/insurer they ask for car NCB. And because it's higher than my biking NCB and riding years it doesn't allow me to continue. e.g. 8 years NCB on car, 4 on bike. Won't allow you to state 8 years NCB for car even though the question is specifically for car. Overall happy customer, will use again as I have every year and will probably continue to do so. :) I've been using MCN compare for the last 4 years, since I started riding. “After using various other motorcycle insurance compare sites I found the MCN one to be user friendly, fast and it yielded some of the best quotes, so much so that I purchased my latest policy from the results of the search. How ever, I did need to contact the broker by phone to clarify some of my bikes mods and security details. Overall the MCN compare site is easy to use and gives fast and competitive quotes, i'd be happy to recommend it to both family and friends. “Very easy to use. Just be careful about ensuring all your details are included as had a little problem with an 'no-fault' accident not being including in the quotes due to lack of space to put information. However managed to sort this out with the company that I eventually chose to ensure with. Good range of quotes given - just depends on the extras that you require to be included in your policy.”

“I have just used this service to insure my wifes bike. It was easy to use, the chart showing comparisons of all services available made making a choice easy. I could pick andd choose what cover I required and make my mind up from there. and it was easy to move from there the selected broker and make payments. Much Appreciated. “The process of filling in the data and also the speed that Swinton was spot on! Paperwork was easy to do,having said that, alot of paperwork did come in the post! “Entered the details that were asked for, wasn't the most arduous but not really any different to any other comparison site. Pressed enter, and lo, I got the lowest quotes I had found....so settled on the cheapest (because I am tight). So went to the appropriate website and got me machine insured, easy, the way rubbish like insurance (an obvious necessary evil) should be.”
