“Ryan was fine. When he understood I had to leave in minutes he did his best to speed up the process of reading the details etc etc. I find it amazing that the regulators require you to spend time filling in Moneysupermarket's detailed questions and then the same questions are asked again by the broker. Crazy. I had a less than satisfactory time with another insurance broker earlier. This one wasn't flexible and he didnt know how to handle my grumpy state because twice another broker had failed to ring me when promised....”

“My partner called up to discuss insurance for the car, and while it took longer than expected, (it was on Christmas eve) Georgia was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, and made sure we knew what was happening through out the process, which made us feel at ease.”

“Was very impressed with the prompt service. I'd only just completed the online search for cheaper insurance and they'd rung me within half an hour. I spoke to Ryan who was very pleasant and sorted everything out for me with the minimum of fuss. The only criticism is that I was left waiting halfway through for about 10 minutes!!”

“Customer service was excellent. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars it's because of the time I was waiting for someone to respond to my phone call, but after that very positive and friendly conversation.”
