“Thanks to Lewis from RCIB my cars insured After hours of trying to get in contact with someone. Two of your employees hung the phone up on me after I waited for over an hour on two occasions. When I spoke to Lewis it all took 30 minutes noooo stress.”

“I needed to insure my Land Rover as my second car as I have a van for work I don't need it for commuting so this was a great saving on my premium and the sales staff were very informative of the products and advantages and disadvantages between each product on offer. I really couldn't fault the help but the only thing that bugged me was the wait on the line, but after having such in depth knowledge from the sales staff I can forgive the wait as the service was the best I have ever had from an insurance provider.”

“They Price of the cover is ok, although I am not happy that the price quoted online had to increase by £20 supposedly because when the bike is not being used it is only to be locked using a chain through the wheel. How else/more securely could you realistically lock the machine?”
