“When I called initially I spoke to 2 staff that made me feel horrible and honestly felt shock at their way of delivering customer service. However after speaking to Will and Sean I felt that this is definitely the right choice. I am human and I have alot of stress going on, when a good customer service isn't provided it makes you feel like there is no pointing my money towards a company that doesn't care about their customer. However your staff Sean has demonstrated how to deliver an excellent customer service and made sure RCIB is presented well by assisting me with my insurance. He has not only helped me take out the insurance but also made me understand things I was unsure about. I think Sean should train the two other staff that I spoke to at first hand, so they know how to provide and excellent service. Thank you for hiring staff like Will and Sean and please monitor staff training via the recorded calls so they don't put down the good name of RCIB. I may be one customer giving this feedback but I will show my appreciation by advising my family and friends to the join right choice food car insurance :)”
