“Ryan was fine. When he understood I had to leave in minutes he did his best to speed up the process of reading the details etc etc. I find it amazing that the regulators require you to spend time filling in Moneysupermarket's detailed questions and then the same questions are asked again by the broker. Crazy. I had a less than satisfactory time with another insurance broker earlier. This one wasn't flexible and he didnt know how to handle my grumpy state because twice another broker had failed to ring me when promised....”

“Very good service from the Insurance Broker taking the call. Given this was a policy renewal the process seems to require confirmation of too much information that has been provided previously although the Broker handled this very efficiently. Time waiting for Insurance provider to confirm the renewal offer was slightly too long.”

“My partner called up to discuss insurance for the car, and while it took longer than expected, (it was on Christmas eve) Georgia was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, and made sure we knew what was happening through out the process, which made us feel at ease.”
