THEY NEED ONLY YOUR MONEY !!! They didn't insure my car straight away. I should call them on their opening time so you can't have your car insured when you want (over night, for example, in my case). And after spending 30 mins on the phone "confirming my details " they rise my qoute that I have had on moneysupermarket by £ 200. Plus they are not an insurance company, they are only an insurance broker. So I completely NOT recommand RCIB. They are like BeWiser, if sound familiar.

It was very good how polite the staff were. They were all helpful and extremely nice. Knew when to use humour and apologetic when there were waiting times. I am however unhappy with how long I had to wait to be able to speak to the right person. I was then unhappy as I spent quite a lot of time on the phone setting up the policy to then be sent a text message that I needed to call them asap as I was not covered even though I had been sent all the documentation and was assured I would be insured. I then received another phone call that I then needed to speak to someone else to ensure my policy was active. I found this to be very very frustrating as I had already spoken to two people already to say that it had been activated.

Quoted one price - charges another. Bad customer service- charged to cancel the policy after having it in place 15mins!
