“Happy 1. By explaining to me the full details that are needed for the insurance policy. 2.By beeing very polite and kind 3.By offering me a fear price and good pay conditions Unhappy 1. I think it isn't a secure way to pay by phone and give by phone all my bank details. 2. The information regarding the insurance policy should be sent instantly by e-mail as soon as the call ended. 3. Confirmation of payment should be sent to the instantly by e-mail when the payment was done, as well as a receipt. 4. To make the payment should be an another simple way and more secure, like sending via e-mail a confirmation text containing the special conditions and a link for the payment.”
