“There is a colleague called Colin bell whom I had spoken to on the phone roughly a week ago. His humour and his working ethics had been ever so great! He was calm and tried his hardest to meet my needs and he even didn't mind repeating things numerous times which I believe winds people up especially me so I'd like to thank him for being so patient and kind and also he LISTENS! Which not many insurers do nowadays!!!”

“Terrible ! I contact don't even know if I'm insured I have joined for cut off a few times I have emailed over 20 times . Having payments taken off me not even knowing if I'm insured haven't received my policy in post to sign and send back . So everything that could possibly go wrong has !!”

“To whom it may concern, Earlier today, I got my car insurance with RCIB. I would like to take this opportunity to say that Chloe Gauci (who I spoke to) was outstanding. She provided excellent customer service and was very polite. I asked a million question, which she happily answered to the best of her knowledge. Staff like herself are diamonds to businesses which require good customer services. GET HER PROMOTED!!!!!!! Kind Regards Jafer Kutbi”
