“I just wanted a straight forward renewal but the operator seemed incompetent and kept asking the same questions time & again. It was as though he was filling out a brand new application and kept going back over points already covered. So tiresome I was just a couple of minutes away from putting the phone down. Everytime he stopped speaking the line sounded dead & I had to ask if he was still there. It must have taken at least 15 minutes just to renew. I will go elsewhere next year. This was too much hassle.”

“Managed to get a really good price for my bike insurance. Once the details were filled in I recived loads of quotes some really good and some expensive. I found a good price for my age and bike considering im a new rider. now on the road and will use this site again”

“Coming back to biking after 20 years, I wanted an easy option for insurance...things have change since the 90's...I went to MCN as a trusted name. It as easy to enter the details, though there were some things on the detailed quotes that it wouldn't let me change. All in all a really good helpful experience”

“I don't know how they are on your website! They have no idea of the product(motorcycle) they insure? They don't listen when you explain simple things, IE that modern bikes have built in imobilisers. They give you a good price to insure your bike, then demand more money. if this saves one person from the annoying company then good. Do not make the mistake of telephoning The company as it seems they only have 1 person taking calls. Unless you have lots of time on your hands?”

“simple to use no endless information to type in do it once get the searching done for you then choose confidently the one you want from a large choice of insurers quotes ...... brilliant !! one downside possibly is that some quotes increase quite a lot from original when you actually look into them .... but you just go back and look at another quote”

“good price, poor service - no documents sent as promised. Even though I contacted the insurer three times the cover note and other documents were not forthcoming. What are they trying to hide ? The quote however was good as was the cover of the insurance.”

“My insurance company wanted to increase my premium by almost double simply because I retired from my old job and became self employed, even though I no longer wanted to use my bike to commute and my annual mileage would be lower. I found MCN compare easy to use and even though I didn't go for the cheapest quote, I found several offering identical cover for less than half the amount my old insurance company wanted. Needless to say, my old insurance company didn't get my business. Top marks MCN compare.”

“Well done MCN!!! Got a very good deal on my zzr1400 insurance. Friends have now followed in my foot steps and have had the same out come! So more money to spend on fuel! Cheers KeithWell done MCN!!! “I had already had a frustrating shop around and used up a fair bit of time going on other compare sites and phoning up previous insurers. I hated spending so much time shopping around but was happy when I got a lot of competitive quotes from the mcn site. I was loathed to change insurer again but the saving was irresistible and the time well spent.”
