terrible attitude, all online documents were wrong and wanted another £145 to amend anything less than 24hrs after initial policy was started.

The man who i talked to when starting policy was not very good.he was doing everything to increase the premium. He put i smoke but i dont. He also told me because im a taxi driver my insurance premium will go higher but its my private car so it doesnt make sense i use different car for taxi!!! Absoulutely rubbish!!!

Make sure you don’t change car go’s up dramatically, also big cancel fee if want to move so your trapped paying lots more then thought so ie a went from 250 a month to 395 a month

Do not use this broker.... they are thieves. I had to involve the ombudsman as they refused to lower my premium and held me at fault for a non fault accident. They charged £50 for cancellling a DD although I paid sameday by card. They will rip you off at every available opportunity and their customer service is appalling. Find another broker is my advice!

the price displayed on go compare is not the price you end up paying but they already have your deposit so kinda of have you by the balls if your in a rush ended up being very expensive and also note this is not instant cover even though they take a deposit took me 3 days or so to get them to start the policy

Very difficult to get through on the telephone, emails are not answered or replied to. One operator Jordan Greenwich was very helpful and patient and resolved the issue which I have been trying to talk to someone about for a week

The woman I spoke to on the phone was great and a pleasure to deal with but the amount of time I had to wait on hold to speak to her was ridiculous.

jUST GOT CHARGED 80 POUNDS FOR A MISTAKE DISCLOSING SP30 CONVICTION.ALSO DUE TO THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK I HAD TO GENERATE TO SATISFY INSURANCE I WONT RECOMMEND NOR RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

The person I spoke to felt as if i was under interrogation and felt as if he was a bit abrupt, also he told me one price when i said yes to everything he then added the interest fee long after everything. This has leaf me feeling quit annoyed.

The price of my insurance changed from when i applied for it on compared the market! it went up in price per month and was 10 payments annually instead of 8 which was what i first was offered. Felt like i was sold this information incorrectly and wasnt highlighted properly!

Constant phone waits for over 40 minutes each time. Having to go through everything already completed online, extremely time consuming !!!!!!

The price changed drastically after we spoke , a few extra pounds ok but, this was nearly doubled during the conversation felt less about protecting customers , giving fair deal and good cover , and more about protecting company and getting commission, very different experiences with other companies , Which when I can afford to switch I will , for much more competitive price , and service, I've had no accidents or penalties, and somehow , my price has doubled from last year , not happy
