Do not use this broker.... they are thieves.
I had to involve the ombudsman as they refused to lower my premium and held me at fault for a non fault accident.
They charged £50 for cancellling a DD although I paid sameday by card.
They will rip you off at every available opportunity and their customer service is appalling.
Find another broker is my advice!
