“The person I spoke to felt as if i was under interrogation and felt as if he was a bit abrupt, also he told me one price when i said yes to everything he then added the interest fee long after everything. This has leaf me feeling quit annoyed.”

“A part from the long wait for my telephone call to be answered. I was happy with the operator I spoke with. The interesting part of my insurance is that the same underwriters Highway are insuring my car the same underwriters as Performance direct, but I had to have my mileage reduced to 3000 miles instead of 4000 miles. Same underwriters but different rules for the same insurance and different price. Different price I understand different mileage do not understand”

“The price of my insurance changed from when i applied for it on compared the market! it went up in price per month and was 10 payments annually instead of 8 which was what i first was offered. Felt like i was sold this information incorrectly and wasnt highlighted properly!”
