“Great for first initial insurance. Will definately shop around when its next due as the service wasn't the best. Had to sign another credit agreement halfwayish through due to the company losing my details. Overall service from specific advisors was great when you eventually get through to speak to them.”

“I am a new biker and used the site to identify bike insurers. The online quotes differed a bit from the actual if you called the company which makes me think that it would fairly easy to make an error if buying online”

“it's a price comparison website. you can compare those prices that it allows you to. then you go to the others and compare there.it's ok, but that's only ok if ok is good enough fore you. you still end up making phone calls to get the best deal”

“I just wanted a straight forward renewal but the operator seemed incompetent and kept asking the same questions time & again. It was as though he was filling out a brand new application and kept going back over points already covered. So tiresome I was just a couple of minutes away from putting the phone down. Everytime he stopped speaking the line sounded dead & I had to ask if he was still there. It must have taken at least 15 minutes just to renew. I will go elsewhere next year. This was too much hassle.”

“The site did not include the exact model of my bike which is a common standard BMW R1200GS !! it only showed the Adventure model,this caused some confusion. I am just an ordinary biker with a standard bike and a clean driving record but very few quotes were generated by the site compared to car sites. However I did get one very good quote which I accepted so in the end I did save quite a bit of money. I think the site needs some fine tuning to come in line with similiar sites for car drivers/insurance.”

“Not the best motorcycle insurance comparison site. It isn't as competitive as other comparison sites out there unfortunately however I like to stay loyal to MCN as they provide me with all the up to date news and information regarding motorcycling.”
