1st time i phoned i was on hold for over 10 mins then because i did not know the whole off my registration number they would not do whatever they need me to phone for. The policy is set up and deposit paid. They were ment to phone back and they didnt for reg, phoned them back to be on hold for 15 mins got through and the lady put me on hold them she hung up on me. Then i phoned back asked for a manager to still be on jold while writing this.
