I am not happy that an additional £50 was charged because of the fact that the main vehicles I have driven over recent years have been company cars and not vans, I have however driven vans on a regular basis but this is not taken into account, for some reason?!. The quote did not say anything about this. After spending hours getting a competitive quote online I decided to accept your quote and was kept hanging on the phone for nearly hour, being constantly put on hold. I am a busy man trying to get my new business up and running and do not have the time for this which is why the quote was done online. I feel as though I have been held to ransom in taking out the policy because I need to be able to use the van now.
