“It was very good how polite the staff were. They were all helpful and extremely nice. Knew when to use humour and apologetic when there were waiting times. I am however unhappy with how long I had to wait to be able to speak to the right person. I was then unhappy as I spent quite a lot of time on the phone setting up the policy to then be sent a text message that I needed to call them asap as I was not covered even though I had been sent all the documentation and was assured I would be insured. I then received another phone call that I then needed to speak to someone else to ensure my policy was active. I found this to be very very frustrating as I had already spoken to two people already to say that it had been activated.”

“So; the renewal was easy initially. But fast forward to me cancelling. When I initially requested the cancellation the person I spoke to followed procedure and tried to sting me with a hefty £200+ cancellation fee as I was 8 months into the policy. After cooling down, I called up and asked to speak to someone regarding a cancellation complaint. A minute later the rep (Paul) helped me get the final fee and payment down to just under £80. So yes my initial reaction was horrible, anger even. But this man sorted me out. Thanks Paul!”
