“excellent prompt pickup on the phone, and transferred quickly to member of staff who dealt with my insurance application and payment superbly. all done in no time at all and as promised documents sent to me via email. much better telephone experience than previous ones where you are kept on infinate hold, and passed around the switchboard in an infinate, infinity fornext loop. thankyou Constantina, for your help top marks regards a.turner”
