The policy is cheap, I'll give them that, however 3 months after (I assume) my policy has been active, I still have not had any policy documents from them, even after about 4 emails directly to their customer care manager. So although my money has been taken, I still can't prove I'm insured. Obviously I have tried calling, but I always get through to junior staff who can't answer my question in person and claim will call back with answers... but never do.

I had a very bad experience with this company, and I mean very bad and nasty.Try to avoid.

i made the initial deposit payment and it went through. i then had a phone call and was told this was incorrect and had to pay another £100+ ... i then had insurance for 1 week and bought another car (54 plate) and they requested i pay double not before telling me they could not discuss my account before sending the required documents which i quickly sent to discuss account and then they told me i could not cancel or change my insurance as i have entered into an agreement (by returning documents).. so i had my insurance with them for just over 1 week and paid over £500 and they still wanted more. ended up cancelling my direct debit with bank and went with another (honest) insurer.

I would advise anybody who needs insurance to not take out insurance with right choice insurance brokers. They were in no way helpful to me .. Every time I called them I was put on hold for at least 45 minutes before my call was ever taken. And when I finally got through to them to do a change of address, I was told there was a £135 admin charge to do so which in my mind is ridiculous! I was told if I didn't pay up within 7 days my insurance would be cancelled. They didn't offer any help, or even advise that this could be paid in instalments. I think the company as a whole isn't here to help, they're here to take our money and that's it. So please DO NOT take insurance cover with this dreadful company.

Is is one of the worst customer care I ever been to it I will not recommend it to anyone is I'm going to switch from them as I provided everything 2 of them an email and they keep ringing me say they did not get anything when I know I did on the phone for hours with them they were taking the mick although I provided with everything they keep asking me different questions from what my answers was they are not ready for online service and everytime I provide my postcode Equipe they keep sending me to phone system asking me for boys call again and again very stressful I will never go be with them again evil when I provide them with everything and they said it's ok keep on getting letters and car from them say to provide proof of this and proof of that which I know I did one car service was very rude to me Eva hang up the phone on me because I say why you keep asking me for postcode when I already told you guys four times I'm saying I'm aggressive and Andrew then hang up on me for no reason I'm said I'm not mad with you are just getting fed up at what's your folks. What's your postcode I will not recommend him to anyone in liver ever

Call centre are horrendous. Dont even think about ringing them if you have less than an hour to be on hold.

I got a quote on line from Quotezone (Quidco) of £229.82 with cashback of £28. That is a very good price. I wanted to ask about foreign use, they took a long while to answer, so I found this site while I was waiting. Anyway the man finally answered and said "We quoted you £264" I said "No" and he rang off! So I'm giving them the heave ho!

Right Choice quote came out top. Went to purchase and was told they had made an error and price was for third party not fully comp! They blame the insurer...

I received a very poor service from Right Choice Insurance. I was on the phone to the company 2-3 times a day after receiving text messages and emails to ring them for unknown reasons, but after ringing it would usually be additional charges or there has been a miscommunication. Once the documents had been accepted and eventually insured, the company didn't send me my policy document, I had to contact them weeks later as they had obviously forgot, which should be their responsibility to do. My first impressions of this company were very poor and when my policy is up I will be changing insurance company's.

Total waste of money, cancelled my policy 2 months before the end of agreement due to my temporary financial problem I was late with the payment for nearly two weeks and that was enough to cancel even if I pay deposit, they didn't bother to wait till Friday so I could pay rather then cancel my premium at Thursday. Well done Stay away, do yourself a faver

Terrible customer service!! Failed to call me back a number of times! Was on hold for 1 hr when I was told would be a couple of mins whilst they spoke to someone else. Money grabbing - do not use!

Terrible insurers would not move my pay date in front by 2 days so that it fell on my monthly pay day unless I paid another month in advance so because of this I incurred a £20 charge every month as payment was 2 days late! Then the customer service team are rood I explaned to one that my payment would be late due to changing jobs she gave me 24 hours to pay hence this being 12 pm saturday and no money until the monday I thought my policy was cancelled so had to take out a new one to then be informed on the monday can you make payment today or it will have to be cancelled! Threat tactics! . Terrible Service if you ask me.
