“Tina was very helpful and patient over the last few days in helping changed vehicle on my policy. With my limited knowledge of cars and car insurance Tina made the whole process very easy for me, taking the stress out the situation for me. I would highly recommend car insurance from you mainly due the how Tina dealt with changes on my policy and the low cost. A lovely representative for you company. Thank you”

“There is a colleague called Colin bell whom I had spoken to on the phone roughly a week ago. His humour and his working ethics had been ever so great! He was calm and tried his hardest to meet my needs and he even didn't mind repeating things numerous times which I believe winds people up especially me so I'd like to thank him for being so patient and kind and also he LISTENS! Which not many insurers do nowadays!!!”

“To whom it may concern, Earlier today, I got my car insurance with RCIB. I would like to take this opportunity to say that Chloe Gauci (who I spoke to) was outstanding. She provided excellent customer service and was very polite. I asked a million question, which she happily answered to the best of her knowledge.
