“I was advised by Georgia. She was immensely helpful, professional and competent. The whole process went well when dealing with a person, unlike online where i couldn't complete the renewal. To date, i have had no problems with RCIB. I suppose I will know better when an issue with the policy arises but if they deal with contentious issues as Georgia handled my case, I will be very happy.”

“Very satisfied customer as all my queries were answered. I wanted to check my renewal quote. I had to ask for some answers to be repeated as the agent rattled them off. On the whole, very pleased.”
